BrainSheet is an on-device shift sheet for clinicians. You create a sheet at the start of a shift, keep tasks, medications, notes, and lab values on it during the shift, and shred it at the end. There is no account, no server, and no cloud sync.
BrainSheet is a personal note-taking tool. It is not a medical device, an electronic medical record, or a charting system, and it does not diagnose, interpret lab values, or advise on medication. Clinical decisions remain yours and your institution's. The app makes no claim of compliance with HIPAA or any other regulation.
You are responsible for following your employer's policies on patient information, personal devices, and record keeping, and for confirming that using a personal note-taking app is permitted where you work. Enter only what those policies allow — the app is designed for room numbers and initials, and has no field for names, dates of birth, or medical record numbers.
Shredding deletes the sheet from the device. There is no backup, undo, trash, or recovery — by design, because that is the point of the app. Auto-shred removes a sheet once the delay you configured has passed after your shift ends. Do not use BrainSheet as the record of anything you need to keep; the medical record is the record.
Do not use BrainSheet in a way that violates law, your professional obligations, or your institution's policies, and do not attempt to disrupt or modify the app.
BrainSheet is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, delivery of reminders, compatibility with every device, or recovery of data. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
BrainSheet is currently offered free of charge and contains no in-app purchases or advertising. If that changes, the App Store listing will state the terms before you buy anything.
We may update the app or these terms; material changes will carry a new effective date. You may stop using the service at any time by deleting the app.

환자 정보·개인 기기·기록 관리에 관한 소속 기관의 정책을 따르고, 개인 메모 앱 사용이 허용되는지 확인할 책임은 사용자에게 있습니다. 정책이 허용하는 범위만 입력하세요 — 이 앱은 호실과 이니셜을 전제로 설계돼 있고, 성명·생년월일·등록번호 칸이 없습니다.
파기하면 시트가 기기에서 삭제됩니다. 백업·되돌리기·휴지통·복구가 없습니다. 그것이 이 앱의 존재 이유이기 때문에 의도된 설계입니다. 자동 파기는 근무 종료 후 설정한 시간이 지나면 시트를 지웁니다. 보관해야 하는 내용의 기록으로 이 앱을 쓰지 마세요 — 기록은 의무기록이 합니다.
법령, 직업적 의무, 소속 기관 정책을 위반하는 방식으로 사용하거나 앱을 방해·변조하려 하지 마세요.
BrainSheet는 법이 허용하는 범위에서 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 중단 없는 동작, 알림 전달, 모든 기기와의 호환, 데이터 복구를 보장하지 않습니다. 법적으로 배제할 수 없는 권리는 이 약관으로 제한되지 않습니다.
현재 무료로 제공되며 인앱 결제와 광고가 없습니다. 변경되는 경우 App Store 페이지에 조건이 먼저 표시됩니다.
앱과 약관은 업데이트될 수 있고, 중요한 변경에는 새 시행일이 붙습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 언제든 이용을 중단할 수 있습니다.
