CrashPack collects no personal data. Everything you record — photos, notes, and the other driver's details — stays on your device. There is no account, no server, and no analytics. The app makes no network requests at all.
CrashPack has no backend. Nothing you enter is transmitted anywhere. The app works completely offline, which is the point: a crash scene often has no usable signal.
Photos captured in the app are saved to CrashPack's private storage on your device. If you add pictures from your photo library, copies are made into that same private storage. Photos are never uploaded, synced, or shared by the app.
A crash record can contain another person's details — name, contact, licence, and insurance photos. This information is stored only on your device, under your control. It leaves your phone only when you explicitly share or print the PDF, and only to the destination you choose.
Location access is requested only at the moment you tap the button that fills in the crash coordinates. CrashPack records the coordinates themselves and never converts them into an address, because that would require a network lookup. If you decline location access, every other feature keeps working.
The camera is used to photograph the scene. Photo library access is used only to bring pictures you already took into a crash record. Both are optional.
CrashPack contains no analytics SDK and no third-party trackers. No usage statistics are collected, and nothing is used for advertising or tracking.
Crash records, photos, and settings are stored locally. They are included in your device's standard iCloud or encrypted backup, which is managed by Apple under your iCloud terms — CrashPack has no access to it.
Delete a crash record in the app to remove it and its photos, use Settings → Delete all data to erase everything at once, or delete the app.
CrashPack does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children.
CrashPack is a tool for recording and organising facts. It does not provide legal or insurance advice, does not assess fault, and does not estimate any settlement.

CrashPack에는 서버가 없습니다. 입력한 내용은 어디로도 전송되지 않습니다. 사고 현장은 신호가 불안정한 경우가 많아, 앱은 오프라인에서 완전히 동작하도록 만들었습니다.
앱에서 찍은 사진은 기기 안 CrashPack 전용 저장소에 보관됩니다. 앨범에서 가져온 사진도 같은 저장소로 복사됩니다. 앱이 사진을 업로드하거나 동기화하는 일은 없습니다.
사고 기록에는 다른 사람의 정보(이름·연락처·면허증·보험 정보 사진)가 담길 수 있습니다. 이 정보는 이 기기에만 저장되며, 이용자가 직접 PDF를 공유하거나 인쇄할 때에만, 이용자가 고른 곳으로만 나갑니다.
위치 권한은 사고 장소 좌표를 채우는 버튼을 누르는 그 순간에만 요청합니다. 좌표만 기록하며 주소로 변환하지 않습니다(주소 변환은 네트워크 요청이기 때문입니다). 위치 권한을 거부해도 나머지 기능은 그대로 사용할 수 있습니다.
카메라는 현장을 찍는 데, 사진 접근은 이미 찍어 둔 사진을 기록에 담는 데에만 씁니다. 둘 다 선택 사항입니다.
분석 SDK도, 제3자 추적기도 없습니다. 사용 통계를 수집하지 않으며, 광고·추적에 쓰이는 데이터도 없습니다.
사고 기록·사진·설정은 기기에 저장됩니다. 애플의 iCloud·암호화 백업에는 포함될 수 있으며, 이는 애플의 iCloud 약관에 따라 관리됩니다 — CrashPack은 접근할 수 없습니다.
사고 기록을 삭제하면 그 기록과 사진이 지워집니다. 설정 → 모든 데이터 삭제로 한 번에 지우거나, 앱을 삭제해도 됩니다.
CrashPack은 아동을 포함한 누구의 개인정보도 수집하지 않습니다.
CrashPack은 사실을 기록하고 정리하는 도구입니다. 법률·보험 조언을 제공하지 않고, 과실을 판정하지 않으며, 보상액을 추정하지 않습니다.
