Please include the app version, device model, iOS version, and — for a calculation question — the coordinates, date and time zone you were looking at. That is what makes a time discrepancy reproducible.

• Which time zone are the times in?
  The local time of the selected location, not your phone's time zone. Planning a shoot 6,000 km away shows that place's local clock.

• Where do the numbers come from?
  Sun, moon and galactic-centre positions are computed on device with published algorithms (NOAA solar equations, Meeus). The results are unit-tested against USNO published sunrise/sunset values (±1 minute for the sun, ±2 minutes for the moon).
  숫자는 어디서 오나요? 공인 알고리즘(NOAA 태양 방정식·Meeus)으로 기기에서 계산하고, 공표 일출몰 시각(USNO)과 대조해 검증합니다.
• Why does it say there is no Milky Way window tonight?
  Three different reasons are shown separately: the galactic centre never rises at your latitude, the sky does not get dark enough (no astronomical twilight — common in northern summers), or the season is wrong at your location. Each case shows the reason and the next opportunity.

• Does it tell me whether I will actually see it?
  No, and it never will. LightTide computes positions of the sun, moon and galactic centre. Cloud cover, haze and light pollution are outside what it measures — check the sky and a weather service on the day.
  실제로 보일지 알려주나요? 아니요. 이 앱은 위치를 계산하는 계산기이지 예보 앱이 아닙니다. 구름·광해는 계산 범위 밖입니다.
• Does it work without a signal?
  Yes. All calculations run offline. Only new map tiles need a network — previously viewed areas stay cached.
  전파가 없는 곳에서도 되나요? 됩니다. 계산은 전부 오프라인입니다. 새 지역의 지도 타일만 네트워크가 필요합니다.
• Do I have to allow location access?
  No. Deny it and everything still works: move the map or long-press to pick any point on Earth.
  위치 권한을 꼭 허용해야 하나요? 아니요. 거부해도 전 기능이 동작합니다.
• How do I delete everything?
  Settings → Data → Delete all data. Nothing is stored on a server, so this is permanent.
  전체 삭제는 어떻게 하나요? 설정 → 데이터 → 모든 데이터 삭제.
