Delete your NanaFrame account

You can delete your NanaFrame account and its data at any time. This page explains both ways to do it and exactly what is removed.

Delete it yourself, in the app

  1. Open NanaFrame on the phone you send photos from (a parent device).
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion happens immediately. You do not need to contact us first.

Grandparents who only receive photos do not have an account. To stop a receiver, a parent removes them from the family's member list, which ends their access at once and clears the photos cached on their device.

Ask us to delete it instead

If you no longer have the app or cannot sign in, email kkhdevs@gmail.com from the address you use, or tell us the family name and approximate sign-up date so we can find the account. We complete verified requests within 30 days and reply when it is done.

What is kept, and for how long

We keep the minimum needed to run and protect the service:

NanaFrame never collects your email address, contacts, or location, so there is nothing of that kind to delete.
