HiveScribe는 양봉가를 위한 핸즈프리 하이브 검사 기록 앱이에요. 하이브에 붙인 QR을 대거나 카드의 마이크를 누르고 장갑 낀 채 30초 말하면 검사 기록이 완성돼요. 계정도 서버도 없고, 기록은 전부 이 기기 안에만 있어요.

문의하실 때 앱 버전(설정 화면 맨 아래)·기기 모델·iOS 버전을 같이 적어 주세요. 음성 검사 문제라면 어떤 언어로 말했는지, "원음으로 남겼어요" 카드가 떴는지 알려 주시면 재현이 훨씬 빨라요. 계정이 없어 저희가 기록을 볼 방법이 없어서, 적어 주신 내용이 유일한 단서예요.
HiveScribe는 기기 안에서만 음성을 인식해요(서버 전송 없음). 그래서 iOS 17 이상, 그리고 iOS가 온디바이스 인식을 지원하는 언어에서만 글로 바뀌어요. 지원되지 않으면 원음을 그대로 보관하고 태그를 손으로 고를 수 있게 폴백해요. 기록은 어떤 경우에도 사라지지 않아요.
여왕·산란·왕대·저밀·병해 같은 검사 항목 키워드를 사전으로 잡아요. 잡히지 않은 말은 전사문에 그대로 남고, 기록을 열어 태그와 문장을 고칠 수 있어요.
영국 NBU, UF/IFAS, UGA, Embrapa의 공개 양봉 자료를 기준으로 계산한 참고 값이에요. 앱 안 "출처 보기"에서 항목별 근거를 볼 수 있어요. 단정이 아니라 참고 지표이고, 판단은 검사로 해 주세요. 방제·약품·처치는 안내하지 않아요. 지역 양봉회와 공인 가이드를 확인해 주세요.
하이브 상세 → QR 보기에서 시트를 인쇄하거나 PDF로 저장해요. QR에는 로컬 하이브 ID만 들어 있어 인터넷 없이 읽히고, 다시 인쇄해도 같은 ID예요. 라미네이트해서 벌통 옆면에 붙이면 오래가요.
네. QR 스캔·음성 검사·계산 전부 오프라인이에요. 앱은 네트워크 요청을 한 번도 하지 않아요.
설정 → 백업 파일 내보내기로 JSON 파일을 저장하고, 새 폰에서 백업에서 복원을 누르면 돼요. 원음 파일은 백업에 담기지 않아요.
기록을 열어 삭제하거나, 설정 → 모든 데이터 지우기로 하이브·기록·원음 파일·설정을 한 번에 지울 수 있어요. 되돌릴 수 없어요. 계정이 없으므로 이 기능이 곧 계정 삭제예요.
무료이고 광고도, 앱 안에서 살 것도 없어요.

We usually reply within 2–3 days.
Please include your app version (bottom of Settings), device model and iOS version. For voice issues, tell us which language you spoke and whether the "Saved as audio" card appeared. There is no account, so what you write is the only clue we get.
HiveScribe recognises speech on the device only (nothing is sent to a server). Transcription therefore needs iOS 17 or later and a language iOS supports for on-device recognition. When it is not available the app keeps the audio and lets you pick tags by hand. A record is never lost.
Inspection keywords such as queen, brood, queen cells, stores and disease are matched against a dictionary. Words that are not matched stay in the transcript, and you can edit tags and text in the record.
They are reference values computed from published guidance by the UK National Bee Unit, UF/IFAS, UGA Extension and Embrapa. "View sources" in the app lists the basis per item. They are indicators, not verdicts; decide by inspecting. The app gives no treatment or medication advice. Check your local association and official guides.
Hive detail → Show QR prints a sheet or saves a PDF. The QR contains only a local hive ID, so it works offline and reprints keep the same ID. Laminate it and stick it on the side of the hive.
Yes. QR scanning, voice inspection and calculations are all offline. The app never makes a network request.
Settings → Export backup saves a JSON file; on the new phone use Restore from backup. Audio files are not included in the backup.
Open a record to delete it, or use Settings → Delete all data to remove hives, records, audio files and settings at once. This cannot be undone. Since there is no account, this is also account deletion.
