Warmthly collects no personal data. Your contacts, history, and settings never leave your device. There is no account, no server, and no analytics — nothing you enter is transmitted anywhere.

When you pick a person from your contacts, their name, photo, and phone number are copied into the app's local storage on your device only. Warmthly never uploads, syncs, or shares your contacts. The contact picker is provided by iOS; Warmthly only receives the single contact you choose (or those you grant under Limited Access).
People, contact history, and settings are stored locally. They are included in your device's standard iCloud/encrypted backup, which is managed by Apple under your iCloud terms — Warmthly has no access to it.
Reminders are scheduled locally on your device. No push servers are involved.
Warmthly contains no analytics SDK and no third-party trackers. We do not collect usage statistics, and no data is ever used for advertising or tracking.
Purchases (when available) are processed by Apple. If in-app purchases are enabled, purchase validation is handled by RevenueCat with an anonymous identifier; no contact data is ever shared with them. This section applies only once purchases go live.
Delete a person in the app to remove them and their history, or delete the app to remove everything.
Warmthly does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children.
