SoapDeck collects no personal data. Your client records — SOAP notes, body chart markings, and session photos — stay on your device. There is no account, no server, and no analytics. The app makes no network requests at all.
SoapDeck has no backend. Nothing you enter is transmitted anywhere. The app works completely offline — in a treatment room or on a mobile visit, no connection is needed.
A client card can contain another person's details — a name, contact memo, health-related notes, body chart markings, and session photos. This information is stored only on your device, under your control. It leaves your phone only when you explicitly export it — as a chart PDF or a backup file — and only to the destination you choose. You are responsible for handling your clients' information in accordance with the laws and professional obligations that apply to your practice.
Session photos taken in the app or added from your photo library are copied into SoapDeck's private storage on your device. Photos are never uploaded, synced, or shared by the app.
The camera is used to photograph a treatment area for a session record. Photo library access is used only to bring pictures you already took into a session. Both are optional.
SoapDeck contains no analytics SDK and no third-party trackers. No usage statistics are collected, and nothing is used for advertising or tracking.
Client cards, sessions, photos, and settings are stored locally. They are included in your device's standard iCloud or encrypted backup, which is managed by Apple under your iCloud terms — SoapDeck has no access to it.
Delete a client in the app to remove their sessions and photos, use Settings → Delete all data to erase everything at once, or delete the app.
SoapDeck does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children.
SoapDeck is a tool for recording and organising session notes. It does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for professional judgement.

앱에서 찍거나 앨범에서 가져온 세션 사진은 기기 안 SoapDeck 전용 저장소에 보관됩니다. 앱이 사진을 업로드하거나 동기화하는 일은 없습니다.
카메라는 시술 부위를 기록하는 데, 사진 접근은 이미 찍어 둔 사진을 세션에 담는 데에만 씁니다. 둘 다 선택 사항입니다.
분석 SDK도, 제3자 추적기도 없습니다. 사용 통계를 수집하지 않으며, 광고·추적에 쓰이는 데이터도 없습니다.
클라이언트 카드·세션·사진·설정은 기기에 저장됩니다. 애플의 iCloud·암호화 백업에는 포함될 수 있으며, 이는 애플의 iCloud 약관에 따라 관리됩니다 — SoapDeck은 접근할 수 없습니다.
앱에서 클라이언트를 삭제하면 그 세션·사진이 함께 지워지고, 설정 → 모든 데이터 삭제로 한 번에 지울 수 있으며, 앱을 삭제해도 됩니다.
SoapDeck은 아동을 포함해 누구의 개인정보도 수집하지 않습니다.
