Shotaway(이하 "앱")는 기기의 사진 보관함에서 스크린샷을 찾아 정리(삭제·보관)하도록 돕는 도구입니다. 모든 처리는 기기 안에서 이루어지며, 앱은 서버·계정·네트워크 통신을 사용하지 않습니다.

앱은 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 관련 법이 허용하는 최대 범위에서, 운영자는 앱 사용으로 인한 데이터 손실 등 간접적·부수적 손해에 책임을 지지 않습니다. 이용자 보호에 관한 강행 법규는 본 조항에 우선합니다.

Terms of Use (English)

Shotaway helps you find and clean up screenshots in your photo library. Everything runs on-device — no server, no accounts, no network. Free tier: your first 100 swipes, then 10 more per day (refills at midnight). Paid options: a one-time Lifetime purchase (non-consumable) or an auto-renewing annual subscription, both unlocking unlimited swipes. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends and are charged to your App Store account; manage or cancel in iOS Settings > your Apple Account > Subscriptions. Payments and refunds follow Apple's policies (reportaproblem.apple.com). Deletion only happens after your explicit confirmation; deleted screenshots stay in iOS "Recently Deleted" for 30 days, after which removal is permanent — please keep backups of anything important. The app is provided "as is"; to the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Anything not covered here follows Apple's Standard EULA. Opciones de pago: compra única de por vida o suscripción anual con renovación automática (se renueva salvo que la canceles al menos 24 horas antes de que termine el periodo; se cobra a tu cuenta del App Store y se gestiona en Ajustes de iOS > Suscripciones). Pagos y reembolsos según las políticas de Apple. El borrado solo ocurre tras tu confirmación explícita; lo eliminado queda 30 días en "Eliminados recientemente" de iOS y después es permanente.
