ClosingTrail turns your home-closing date into a countdown checklist, entirely on your device. There is no account, and we operate no server of our own. The app makes zero outbound network requests.

Nothing. ClosingTrail has no analytics SDK, no crash reporter, no advertising SDK, and no account system. Your closing date, checklist progress and notes are sensitive financial information — they exist only in the app's storage on your device and are never transmitted to us or anyone else.

The app has no fields for bank accounts, wire instructions or transfer amounts, by design. It provides general safety reminders based on public consumer guidance (CFPB, FBI IC3) and never asks for, verifies or stores payment details.

Reminders are scheduled locally by iOS on your device, only if you turn them on. No push server is involved and no device token is sent anywhere.

Settings → Delete all data erases your schedule, checklist, notes and scheduled notifications and returns the app to its first-run state. Because nothing is stored on a server, deletion is complete and cannot be undone. Deleting the app removes everything as well.
