• Is this legal or financial advice?
  No. ClosingTrail organizes publicly available information about the closing process (CFPB, FBI IC3 consumer guidance). Procedures vary by state — always follow your lender's, title company's and agent's instructions.

• Why is the safety card three business days before closing?
  The Closing Disclosure must reach you at least three business days before closing, and that window is when wire-fraud attempts concentrate. The app counts business days (weekends and U.S. federal holidays excluded) so the reminder lands early, never late.
  안전 카드는 왜 3영업일 전인가요? Closing Disclosure가 도착하는 시점이자 송금 사기가 몰리는 구간이라서요. 주말·미 연방 공휴일을 뺀 영업일로 계산해 늦지 않게 알려줘요.
• Does the app verify wire instructions or detect fraud?
  No, and it never will. There are no fields for bank or wire details. The app shows general safety practices — verify by phone using a number you agreed on from the start, treat emailed account changes as a red flag, and be suspicious of last-minute changes.

• Does it work offline?
  Yes, completely. The app makes no network requests at all — the final walk-through checklist works in an empty house with no signal.
  오프라인에서도 되나요? 완전히 됩니다. 앱이 네트워크 요청을 아예 보내지 않아요 — 전파 없는 빈집에서도 워크스루 체크리스트가 동작합니다.
• My closing date moved. What happens?
  Change the date in Settings. The trail recalculates, your checked items are kept, and reminders are rescheduled.
  클로징일이 바뀌었어요. 설정에서 날짜를 바꾸면 트레일을 다시 계산해요. 체크한 항목은 그대로 남고 알림도 다시 잡아요.
• I don't have a closing date yet.
  Choose "date not set" — you can browse the checklist and add the date later.
  아직 날짜가 없어요. "날짜 미정"으로 시작해 체크리스트를 먼저 보고, 날짜는 나중에 넣으면 돼요.
• How do I delete everything?
  Settings → Delete all data. Nothing is stored on a server, so this is permanent.
  전체 삭제는 어떻게 하나요? 설정 → 모든 데이터 삭제. 서버에 아무것도 없어 삭제는 즉시·완전합니다.
